User Authentication and Sessions
Every Yack Connector that provides browsing behaviors that require user authentication to POST and update data on an external Connector source must have an authentication type set within the IPlugin interface. Some common features that require authentication are:
- Creating threads
- Commenting
- Reacting
- Favoriting
Channels
The Yack channel navigation UI enforces two distinct sections of channel list Fixed Channels and Default Channels.
